The main areas of special interest includes: Upper limb Thermoplastic Elastic Orthoses, Spinal, Hip, Knee and Ankle Braces, as well as Foot Orthotics.  As a distributor for Aetrex, Synapse Medical is committed to bringing novel 3D printing technology to the Irish Orthotic market with the ability to produce custom made Orthotics. Mediroyal also offers intelligently designed braces that combine comfort, quality and design.
